The product currently lacks a unified visual language, which creates a fragmented and inconsistent experience for users. Different sections of the interface use varying button styles, color palettes, spacing rules, and font choices, making the product feel unpolished and difficult to navigate intuitively. We strongly recommend establishing a comprehensive design system that defines standardized components, typography scales, color tokens, and spacing guidelines to be applied consistently across all screens and platforms. This design system should serve as a single source of truth for both designers and developers, ensuring that any future updates or new features align with the overall visual identity of the product. A consistent interface not only improves aesthetic quality but also builds user trust and significantly reduces cognitive load during interaction.

Call recording feature is great but what if the user forgets to hit the record button every time? There should be a setting to begin recording as soon as a call starts

The summary should be exportable as a PDF file, allowing users to easily save or share their notes in a professional format.

When I finish a recording, I sometimes need only the transcript, other times just the summary or the to-dos. Right now exports bundle everything or require copy-pasting from the app. The Export panel could let me choose which elements to include: Audio -Full transcript -AI summary To-dos / action items -Mind map W could then pick the output format (Markdown, Word, PDF, CSV, JSON) and destination (email, clipboard, local folder, or connected apps). This makes it much easier to integrate Viaim output into existing tools like OneNote, Notion, or Copilot.

Pairing of Bluetooth to device and usage of the Viaim app should be allowed without having to open the earbud cover. This would allow transcription of in-person meetings to be more seamless.

There should be a searchable label on each recorded call including the phone number and contact name. So if I want to search all calls from "Mary" I could find out

I think it would be very useful to be able to import audio files. I have other recording devices that I have used or other recordings from my desktop computer that I am unable to import into my records list. This could be a capability limited to those who are on the ultra plan to encourage adoption of the top tier plan.

I'm really surprised there's no voice command to start recording and stop recording. I see that there are several voice commands that a user can select in settings that a user can say to play, stop, or skip track on music. There are even a couple of voice commands for answering or ending phone calls already implemented. I think this would be an extremely useful voice command to allow us to start and stop recording. If we are on a call when we give the voice command the earbuds would record the call. If we are not on a call at the time we give the voice command then the earbuds would start a live recording. Recording is the primary unique feature we all bought these earbuds for and because of the nature of this headset I honestly think it should be already implemented to allow us to start or stop recording with a voice command.

The ability to sync summaries to notion databases would make it much easier to sort through and access that information quickly.

Sometimes one “meeting” happens in multiple parts such as a conference with several sessions, a Part 1 / Part 2 call, or several touchpoints on the same topic. Right now each recording only has its own summary, so I have to mentally combine them myself. It would be very helpful if Viaim could let me select multiple recordings and ask for a single combined summary, for example: -Highlight recordings A, B, C --> click “Create combined summary” -Viaim merges their transcripts and generates one recap, one list of action items, and one mind map. Options could include: -Keep the original per-meeting summaries, plus the new combined one -Show which recording each bullet or action item came from (timestamps or labels). This would be perfect for things like multi-session workshops, recurring 1:1s about one project, or follow-up meetings where I want “the story so far” in one place.

Right now we have to use the filter to see the calls by category. I’d love it if we could have folders as well. Also, tagging would add the ability to categorize even more and cross tag meetings within different categories. Example: category/folder for Monthly Team Calls and a tag for each department.

Right now I have to manually download recordings from the Earbuds tab and then trigger transcription, which breaks the “hands-free AI” promise. Please add an option so that when a phone/VoIP call ends, Viaim automatically sends the recording to the app, starts transcription + summary, and then auto-exports the result via webhook (e.g., to Google Sheets or other tools). This would make Viaim a true zero-friction workflow for sales calls and client meetings instead of a manual process.
